Initial Contact

Once, we get the details in our evaluation form. Your eligibility would then be assessed and a report is then forwarded to you on your eligibility, based on which you can enter in to an agreement with us.

The Evaluation Methodology

We physically get all the data and evaluate the eligibility using our knowledge and experience in the field of immigration rather than using a computer program to get an approximate estimate of your points. The eligibility is assessed against the criteria prescribed by the skills assessment authorities as well as those prescribed by the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs of Australia (DIMIA).

Changes to Skill Assessment Criteria

There are currently 33 skill assessment bodies for various occupations specified in the Skilled Occupations List. The criteria used by these assessment bodies vary greatly and they are also known to change the assessment criteria at times. This is a vast mine field and unless your skill assessment application is prepared with the current knowledge of the criteria and the standing of your qualification in terms of the Country Education Profile, published by the National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition of Australia (NOOSR), the application could end up being rejected, causing a possible permanent end to your dream of migrating to Australia.

Changes to Australian Immigration Regulations

The Australian Department of Immigration (DIMIA) changes the regulations and guidelines for immigration to Australia, periodically. The changes are announced some times in advance and at other times, the changes are brought in without prior warning. If you were to lodge the application, without being aware of the latest changes, your application could end up being refused and worse still, you could end up losing the application fee, which are quite steep. We are best placed to advise you on the changes, as we receive advise on the changes, in the form of email and through our subscription to many Immigration Information Services providers.
